Tega Agbosa is a Senior Associate that has extended his foundational experience in oil and gas to advising on a range of power sector matters, including the financing of an independent power plant, licensing issues and regulatory compliance.
Tega is also a member of the firm's teams that advise international banks and finance institutions on various financing and re-financing transactions. He is also on the teams advising a state government on the issuance of a bond, investors seeking entry into the banking sector, local companies seeking to acquire interests in foreign companies and providing assistance on corporate immigration and related compliance matters.
He presented the firm's comments at the public hearing on the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Bill, and advises and represents various clients in negotiations with regulatory authorities, and assists with procuring operational and regulatory permits relevant to their businesses and transactions in Nigeria.
