John Aga is a Managing Associate at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie and a member of the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution team. He specialises in civil, corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. His other practice areas include project finance, public private partnership, maritime and shipping, securities, insolvency, constitutional, administrative, extradition/asylum, immigration and conflict of laws, election petition and electoral disputes. He has advised and represented clients in matters across his practice areas.
John is a brilliant and an astute litigation lawyer and has also handled several personal injuries/negligence cases, including product liability and oil spillage cases. He has also acted as a lead defence attorney for diverse individuals and corporate organisations in white-collar transborder crime cases. He has made several presentations on various subjects cutting across his practice areas at various fora including the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies.
John also trained as a Digital and Electronic Evidence Analyst. He is a Notary Public of Nigeria.
