Chisom Ndubuisi

Chisom Ndubuisi is a Senior Associate in the firm’s dispute resolution team. He represents and advises on disputes concerning corporate & commercial, banking & finance, oil & gas, transportation, employment, and criminal matters.

He was part of the team that advised on the restructuring of one of Nigeria’s larger energy conglomerates, and routinely evaluates litigation and other disputes in which target businesses are engaged as part of the firm’s due diligence review exercises for investment and financing transactions.
