Adebola Amao is an Associate within the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution team. She represents and advises foreign and Nigerian clients in various disputes relating to oil and gas, banking & finance, telecommunications, project management, corporate governance and real estate before various courts and tribunals in Nigeria.
Adebola has also advised both local and international clients on principles of contract, arbitration, labour and employment, receivership diplomatic immunity and investment opportunities in Nigeria as well as the procedures and the applicable laws. She also participates in due diligence exercises conducted on companies targeted for investment, mergers and acquisitions.
