UUBO Wins at Dealmakers Africa 2020

UUBO’s Mergers & Acquisitions team is very proud to be recognised as an Industry winner for our role in the West Africa Deal of the Year 2020, as ranked by DealMakers Africa.

The Merger of Tangerine Life Insurance and ARM Life, which had a total acquisition value of ₦4.66 billion, created a consolidated entity which is the fourth largest life insurer in Nigeria.

UUBO has also been ranked as a Tier 1 firm by DealMakers Africa, having worked on 10.26% of the total market share of deals made in 2020.
