Yinka Edu is a partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance and Compliance and Investigations teams, and heads the firm's Capital Markets and Fintech teams.  She has been involved in a diverse range of financing, capital markets and fintech transactions and is the only Nigerian lawyer to have been ranked as a Band 1 Leading Individual in the Chambers Global Fintech Guide 2020

Ozofu ’Latunde Ogiemudia is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Advisory, Private Equity and M&A teams.  She has advised on corporate acquisitions and divestments across various sectors including banking, telecommunications, FMCG and insurance. 

 

Ozofu chaired the Senate Technical Advisory Committee that produced the Companies and Allied Matters Act (Repeal and Re-Enactment) Bill 2019 and is ranked by the IFLR1000 as a highly-regarded lawyer in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions. Dr Myma Belo-Osagie, co-founder and retired Senior Partner, and now Of Counsel at the firm, is a highly regarded lawyer with more than three decades of experience in corporate law.  Throughout her career, she advised a wide variety of local and international clients on matters involving corporate restructuring, acquisitions, foreign investment matters, telecommunications regulation, oil and gas investment and financing matters and infrastructure projects. She retired from the partnership in February 2019.  Dr Belo-Osagie has been elected an International Honorary Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
