Tolulope Omoleye-Osindero is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance team with a focus on fintech, corporate finance, syndicated lending, secured transactions, trade finance, structured finance and project finance. She has advised several local and international financial institutions, borrowers, sponsors and corporate organisations on banking products, corporate borrowings, reserve based lending and project financing deals. She routinely advises clients on a day to day basis on issues concerning the creation of security and restructuring of debts. As part of her corporate advisory work, Tolulope advises on fund formation and equity investments. She is also very familiar with the regulatory framework for foreign investments, expatriation of investments and related party borrowings.
On the Fintech front, Tolulope advises clients on crowdfunding projects, mobile lending services, financial products with mobile or web based applications, regulation surrounding payments platform and non-conventional payments products.
Tolulope has contributed to some publications including the securities and banking section for the Law-In Context Project; World Bank’s Women, Business and the Law (WBL) Report (2016) and the nternational Comparative Legal Guide on Fintech and Project Finance (Nigeria).
Tolulope is also a member of the Finance and Financial Markets Policy Commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.
