Godson Ogheneochuko is a Senior Associate in the firm with specialisations in a range of corporate matters including telecommunications, acquisitions and property transactions.
He is a core member of the team that advises multinational telecommunications operators in all areas of their operations including regulatory compliance and real property acquisitions.
As part of Godson's telecommunications and real estate practice, he advises and represents various clients in negotiations with regulatory authorities, and assists with procuring operational and regulatory permits relevant to their businesses and transactions in Nigeria. Godson also advises on the structuring and operation of investment management schemes.
On the financing front, he has acted as a team member on various projects including the construction of a multi-million dollar commercial development in Lagos State and on various private equity acquisitions in sectors ranging across the firm's practice areas. He was also a member of the team that acted as counsel to the lenders in connection with the financing of the landing and operation of an undersea fibre-optic communications system in Nigeria.
Godson is a contributor to the World Bank's annual Doing Business Report.
