Mr. Ukpanah attended Dorset Institute, Bournemouth, England and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Law & Economics) in He attended the Nigerian Law School and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1988.
